1. HOW TO ENTER

a. Enter on @fashionstoryteller Instagram Giveaway Post

Answer Skills Testing Question and tag someone who has been invaluable on your journey or has helped you get through a tough time. Leave answers in the comment section of the Instagram post.

b. Follow @fashionstoryteller on Instagram.

Winner will have to answer the skill testing question correctly to claim their prize.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted beginning August 26th, 2020 at 10:30PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”), and will not be accepted after September 1st, 2020 at 11:59PM EDT. During the Giveaway Period, only one (1) Entry permitted per Entrant.

3. WINNER SELECTION

A total of one (1) random draw will be performed in Canada on September 2nd, 2020 by 11:59PM EDT. Winner will be contacted via a direct Instagram message. Winner will have 24 hours to claim their prize. If the Winner does not respond in 24 hours, a new Winner will be selected and given 24 hours to claim their prize.

Once a winner has claimed their prize, the winner will be announced via @fashionstoryteller’s Instagram stories.

4. THE PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

One winner will receive the following: OHM Beads Don’t Give Up OHMistry Bead #110. Retails for $70 USD.

5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

No purchase necessary. Void Where Prohibited. Unsponsored giveaway. Prize was purchased by fashionstoryteller.

Personal and private information is collected for the sole purpose of contacting the winner and shipping the prize to winner’s address. No personal information will be used outside of this giveaway. The winner will be contacted by fashionstoryteller, and the winner will need to provide their mailing address to claim their prize. The winner is expected to pay any applicable taxes, duties or fees related to this prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with OHM Beads, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to fashionstoryteller, and not to OHM Beads, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook. Any personal information an Entrant provides will be used for the administration of the Contest. OHM Beads, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram are completely released from all liability by each participant in this Giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to fashionstoryteller and not Pandora, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook.

In accordance with Instagram’s contest policies and guidelines, entries which don’t comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service will be disqualified.

7. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter this giveaway, an individual must be over the age of majority, and a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), United States, United Kingdom, Australia (excluding NSW & ACT), New Zealand, Netherlands and Ireland.

8. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

By submitting an Entry to the Giveaway as described above, the Entrant (the person who submitted the Entry) agrees to do communicate with fashionstoryteller electronically and agrees that the act of submitting the Entry to the Contest is a binding form of your electronic signature, which you agree binds you to these Official Rules.
