Each month, I celebrate Pandora’s 20th anniversary by sharing a special charm in my personal Pandora collection. For this month, I am telling the story behind my Poodle Puppy Dog Dangle Charm on my Disney pet themed Pandora Bracelet. This bracelet is a design I started working on this year. It is a “work in progress”, but I love how it has turned out, so far!
I have created a video to more personally tell you the story behind the Poodle Puppy Dog Dangle Charm, as well as the bracelet theme and stories behind the other charms too! You can watch it HERE or down below:
The details…
The Poodle Puppy Dog Dangle Charm
The Poodle Puppy Dog Dangle Charm is so adorable. As soon as it released from Pandora’s Spring 2020 collection, I purchased it straight away! This dangle charm has beaded fur and a cute dangling heart tag on its collar. It is made of sterling silver and features black enamel detailing on the eyes and nose. Prices from $45 USD and $50 CAD.
This adorable charm represents adopting my miniature poodle, Ella. Ella (inspired after Cinderella) is my furry best friend and a dream come true. She has been a part of our family for almost a year. We adopted her on July 28th and she was born on May 26th, 2019.
She is a huge blessing in my life and has brought so much fun into my days. I don’t know what I would do without her! Do you have a furry family member?
Meet Ella
@pawfectellaIn addition to Ella, I am a guinea pig mom. Ella is a little “big” sister to them and loves taking care of them!
And that concludes this blog post! I would like to thank Pandora for the opportunity to be a part of their 20th Anniversary celebration! I am so excited to share exclusive Pandora 20 content and moments with you, over the next 6 months! Pandora will be providing me with 3 of the 12 anniversary charms, in this celebration.
I hope you have a wonderful day! Take care, stay healthy and spread love, especially during this time…praying for the world. <3

Reliving my Childhood Wonder through the Disney x Pandora | Aladdin Charms
If you rubbed the Magic Lamp, what would your three wishes be? When I was a little girl, I was captivated by the animated film, @disneyaladdin ✨ I owned all three films, I wore my princess Jasmine pjs to bed, (every single night) and I would pretend to be Genie, Aladdin or Jasmine in the fun “make believe” games with my brothers. For a while, when people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I told them: Princess Jasmine and an artist. ??
These animated characters were so special to me and it was a story that truly let me imagination take flight…and often made me wonder if my blanket could fly like a magic carpet (I may or may not have made a few attempts with my brothers).
Last September, I even had the privilege of meeting, Aladdin at Disneyland. It was like meeting an old, childhood friend:Talking to Aladdin nearby Sleeping Beauty’s Castle Meeting a childhood friend <3 I even got to meet, Jafar!
Jafar was so flattered to hear he was my favourite villain. My husband and I went to see the live action version of @disneyaladdin on opening night. What an incredible time…it was reliving my childhood wonder and excitement of the story! I enjoyed the changes and additional story lines they added, especially to Jasmine’s character. I love that she didn’t need to be rescued and the ending was just amazing!!! I’ll try not to spoil anything, incase you haven’t seen it yet ? But it is a vibrant, fun movie that will not disappoint and you will leave with a smile on your face.
Opening Night of Disney’s Aladdin. I wore my Hot Topic Aladdin t-shirt and Magic Carpet Ride pin. When @theofficialpandora came out with three special charms for the live action film, I knew I had to get one of each! I designed two themed bracelets incorporating these new charms as well as the Jasmine Murano and the Jasmine Dress (both are now retired). These bracelets transport me back to that childhood excitement after seeing the movie for the first time. Childhood Emily would have loved these bracelets and would never take them off, haha. That’s the beauty in #disneyxpandora collection, even as an adult…I can have that smile and touch of magic to my outfit… In an understated way. I love that!!!
You can see my two designs and the charms below as well as more information about the designs and charms in the captions:I created a blue themed bracelet inspired by the Magic Carpet Ride charm from Pandora. I added the Patterns of Frost charms as it made me think of the blurry, starlit sky. I also added the firworks charm and put the charms on the fireworks Pandora bangle, to represent the beautiful fireworks in both the animated and live action versions of Aladdin. Here is a closer look at my Magic Carpet themed bangle. And an even closer look at the charm. I love the glittering sky! The back reads: you fill my world with wonder. My next bracelet design was put onto the exclusive Pandora Jasmine Bangle (the clasp is so detailed)! I included the Jasmine Muranos and Jasmine Dress Dangle…I love the pop of colour next to the Pandora Shine dangles. Agrabah Pandora Shine Dangle and the Magic Lamp Pandora Shine Dangle both have a CZ detail on the bale. The lamp’s lid also opens and reveals a shimmering hint of blue…could that be the Genie? Could that be the Genie inside the Magic Lamp? I love these clever details that Pandora includes. Abrabah Never Loose Your Sense of Wonder ✨ Jasmine Pandora Bangle Never Loose Your Sense of Wonder ✨ Jasmine Pandora Bangle I love the Pandora Shine for the Lamp and Castle, although it would have also been sooo cool to see Pandora also offer two tone 14k gold versions of these charms, as well. A lot of collectors are not interested in purchasing from the Pandora Shine range, as it is a gold plated collection. Often, gold plating does not hold up well…and with the price point of Shine, many collectors feel it is not worth it.
I inquired to a few Pandora associates, at different locations, their thoughts on Pandora Shine and how long it will last. I did not get a set amount of time, but I heard the same thing from each associate and even a manager: the Shine plating is strong and more durable than Pandora Rose. I thought this was quite interesting. Since I have recently invested in a few Shine pieces (besides the bee petite and two Shine muranos my husband got me last spring)…I will keep you posted on if this is true…and how long the plating truly lasts, with proper care! -
Disneyland and Pandora!!!
Take me back to Disneyland!!!! Happy Sunday!!! I hope you are all doing well.
Well, it has been a very “Disney-fied” time on my youtube channel recently. I am slowly finishing my way through my Disneyland videos. As of most recently, I have published both my Disneyland and Disney x Pandora Park Exclusive charm videos to youtube (see below). And I am currently working on my final instalment of my Fashion Diaries | Disneyland series. With this instalment, I am trying to fit days 4, 5 and 6 together. Here’s hoping I can edit the footage so it is not too long. The only sad part is, I ended up loosing my day 4 video footage, so it will be mostly photos on that day.
Once I have finished editing and uploading all my Disney content, I will be in full Christmas mode. I am really looking forward to filming some fun Christmas content for you…and (of course) that will include my updated Pandora Christmas bracelet!
Much Love to you all!!!
Emily xx

Fashion Diaries | Disneyland Series
It’s been a bit of a delay since my last blog post! So much has happened the past two months, but the most exciting was my husband and I’s trip to Disneyland! It was the absolute best. Since I wasn’t able to go on rides (health reasons), I took a TON of video footage of all our adventures and I decided it would be fun to start a series called, Fashion Diaries. Basically, it’ll be a look into what I did and what I wore during special events, vacations, day in the life, etc.
So far, I have three videos published in my Fashion Diaries series, Disneyland Edition! I will leave them linked below. I hope to finish up days 4,5,6 either in 1-2 more videos. I ended up loosing the video footage from day 4 (so sad), so it should be easy to put days 4 and 5 together. Possibly, even day 6…depending on how long the footage is!
These videos are so much fun to edit, although they do take quite a bit of time! I have over an hours worth of footage for each day. It is amazing editing the footage because it truly transports me right back into Disneyland…I can relive all the magical moments!
Have you ever been to Disneyland? Or a special place you love to visit? I would love to know!
Have a lovely evening,
Emily xx
